Recreation master plan is scrapped

 South Dundas council opted out of a $66,000 recreation master plan, and is instead planning to move forward with a $49,000 facilities needs assessment study. 

The recommendation came from South Dundas recreation program coordinator Ben Macpherson, at the December 1st council meeting.

During his research regarding recreation master plans, he found that a facility needs assessment would provide council and the community better, more relevant information.
