Homestead Organics employees buy in to company

Half of the employees at Homestead Organics now own shares in the company through a new employee share ownership plan. Company owner Tom Manley, along with company founder Murray Manley, hosted a press conference Monday to announce the employee stock ownerhip plan. They handed out share certificates to the employees choosing to participate in the program. The mayor and a South Dundas Chamber of Commerce representative also attended the event held at the company’s Allison Avenue Morrisburg location.
