It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen Garlough on January 16, 2017; peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 57. Loving wife to Charles Garlough. Proud mother of Kent Garlough(Meagan) and Nicole Garlough (Stu) and Grandmother to Tyler, Tanner, Brandon, Ryu, and Sofie. Survived by her parents Wes and Helen Woods, siblings Bob (June) Woods, Alex (Debbie) Woods, Joe Woods, Carol Shepard, Norma (David) Billings and Lorraine Daye, her loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
