Loving father of Bethany Jodoin of Brockville. Dear brother of Barry (Karen), Rick, Doug (Joy Toupin) all of Cardinal, Louise Carew (Gerry) of Espanolia, Carol Jodoin (Bob Kirker) of Cardinal and Annette Houston (Bob) of Brockville. Billy will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
