New 54 acre residential development proposed for west end of Morrisburg

Swank Construction of Iroquois is heading east with its next residential development project.

The longtime local builder has already built four subdivisions in the Iroquois area, and is in the process of completing two others.

The 54 acre parcel of land, directly west of Steward Drive, spans the area between County Road 2 and Lakeshore Drive.

Henry announced the proposed subdivision named Dutch Meadows.
