A devoted family man Alvin Davidson of Morrisburg passed away at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the age of 87. Loving husband of Arlene Davidson (nee Carr) for 61 years. Loving father of Gary (Sandi) of Orleans, Maureen Bell (Greg) of Morewood and Greg (Susan) of Ashton. Alvin will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Megan Davidson (Brian), Kelsey Davidson (Matt), Lindsay Schoeni (Mike), Kristen Cowell (Sebastian), Claudia Davidson, Connor Davidson and great-grandchildren Kate Schoeni and Amelia Battistel. Predeceased by his sister Audrey Hull (Willis), his brother Orville (Inez) and his sisters-in-law Jean Nugent (Ken) and Dorothy Brown (Stuart). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 7th at 11 a.m., with Rev. Lois Gaudet officiating. Donations to Prostate Cancer Research or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
