MORRISBURG – A new awards program is being launched in South Dundas. The Awards of Excellence Program is an initiative by the Municipality of South Dundas, celebrating growth and success in South Dundas.
There are eight categories for the award:
- Agricultural Leadership;
- Business of the Year;
- Community Builder;
- Green Award;
- Innovation;
- New Business;
- Tourism;
- and Young Professional.
The awards will highlight success stories of local businesses and people who contribute to growth in the community.
“South Dundas is rich with local businesses and working professionals whose efforts inspire new ideas and help develop South Dundas as a prosperous location,” said South Dundas Economic Development Officer Rob Hunter. “We have launched this program as a way to recognize those amazing people in our community.”
Program criteria and submission information is available on the municipal website, southdundas.com. The deadline for submissions is September 26th.
