Second person charged in North Dundas seizure

NORTH DUNDAS – Officers with the OPP Community Street Crime Unit have charged a second person in connection with a search warrant and seizure executed May 29 on County Road 7, north of Elma, in North Dundas. At that time, 29 year old Brandon Elliott from North Dundas was arrested.

Police that the time seized Marijuana, Marijuana plants, clone plants, methamphetamine (Crystal Meth), methamphetamine (pills), GHB, Speed Pills. Cocaine, and an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency. In addition, multiple stolen firearms, ammunition and a Yamaha ATV were seized.

Officers charged 31 year old Brittany Tessier of North Dundas with:

Five counts of possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of Trafficking;

One count of produce a control substance;

Nine counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000;

Four counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon;

And five counts of careless storage of a firearm.

Tessier was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg July 3rd.
