Home & Trade Show ready for this Friday and Saturday

This is the weekend that the Morrisburg arena will be filled with more than 70 vendors showcasing their services at the annual South Dundas Chamber of Commerce Home and Trade Show.

Doors open on the two day event, Friday, April 22, from 4-9 p.m.. Saturday the show runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The show is about the same size as other years, but SDCC manager Geraldine Fitzsimmons, says that what’s really special about this year’s show is the wide variety of businesses participating.

“Not only will a lot of the regulars be there, but we have a lot of new and different businesses who are making the effort and taking the time to participate in this year’s show,” she said.

Organizers invite everyone to drop by the trade show this Friday/Saturday to see what’s on display. “We really hope to attract a good crowd of locals and a lot of people from all over the area.”

As always, admission is free, and there will be plenty of free door prize draws.

Food vendors will be available on site.
